History of Amica Wronki S.A. starts in the remote past and originates in 1921 when the first factory in Poland was established. Then the enterprise was under control of Koch-Bergfels factory (Germany)a.
The first coal-gas cooker was made in 1957. Within the next years the heating devices became the basic production of the factory. Wromet gas cookers, so well-known to the senior generation of Russians, for the first time were released in 1961. Since then, during almost 20 years, Soviet Union was the leading consumer of domestic gas cookers manufactured by the factory. In 1981 the company entered the market of East Germany. By this moment the assortment of products has extended, including also electric stoves. In late 80s, after modernization of the factory and production, the sales to the Western Germany started.
In 1992, in addition to already existing stove manufacturing factory, a new factory of home appliances making built in kitchen home appliances of new unique design was constructed. In 1994 the production of refrigerators was decided. In November, 1996 construction of a new factory was completed, and in four years another modern enterprise was established nearby - a plant manufacturing washing machines. Both factories now are among the most advanced enterprises of similar type.
Today the structure of Amica Wronki S.A. includes four factories constructed by a principle: 1 factory - 1 product; they are factories of stoves, built in home appliances, refrigerators and washing machines. Amica Wronki S.A. currently sells products to more than 50 countries of the world under own trademark Amica, and also under such marks as Gram, Premier and Hansa.
The company emphasizes quality of its products. The engineering monitoring of manufacture at all factories is carried out by competent experts.
