What to do at malfunctions?
1. Disconnect the product, to stop water, gas supply.
2. Review the operation manual, whether in this case something can be undertaken independently.
3. Prepare all documents of the product.
4. Call the service center by phone number specified in the documents, or the company site.
5. After repair works the specialist should issue a document on execution of the works one copy of which remains at you.
Connection of gas stove
1. The persons (corporation) having licenses for performance of connection works of such equipment have the right to connect the gas equipment.
2. The gas stove must be earthed.
3. At connection, the specialist should check the type of gas (pipeline or liquefied / «balloon») the stove is adjusted to. If necessary, a customization is made - replacement of jets, flame regulation.
4. After installation, the specialist instructs the user on the rules of safe use of the stove.
Connection of washing machines, dishwashers, stoves
Washing machines and electric stoves consume a lot of electric power.
1. Washing machines, dishwashers, gas stoves with electric ovens are connected to a separate electric line, in view of the following requirements:
- The product is connected by means of a bipolar socket with earth coupling contact (the socket is not included into the product delivery set). The phase wire should be connected through a guard (maximal current 16 A).
- Connection is made by 3-wire (section 1.5 mm for copper wires), with double isolation.
2. The use of extensions and reducing couplings/triples is forbidden.
3. The use of sockets in bathrooms is forbidden.
4. Connection of the earth coupling wire to sanitary and gas communications is forbidden.
Installation
1. Before the product operation it is necessary to check, whether the state of your intraroom communications is ready for connection of the product.
2. We recommend you to address our service centers for the product installation.
3. If you addressed to other companies, check at them availability of licenses for the given works. By termination of the works require an official registration of papers about the carried out works and the used materials.
4. The payment of installation (connection) of the product is made under the price-list of the company called by you. An installation and connection mismatching the requirements specified in the installation manual, and/or made by a person other than the persons authorized by the Company the manufacturer does not bear responsibility for any material damage owing to wrong installation and connection.
5. In case of breaching of requirements of the instruction of the manufacturer concerning the product, its installation and connection, the person performing the works bears responsibility for the caused damage.

Where is the operation manual?

Have purchased your built-in stove I am very happy with it. Everything was okay before the stove was damaged by a hit of saucepan - in the left lower corner, without breaking of the burner (triple). Is it possible to replace this stove plate together with heating elements, or I'll have to buy all this part?
Certainly, it is possible to replace the stove (glass part together with the frame). However, in this case it is necessary to contact an authorized service center.
Whether it is possible to use liquefied hydrocarbon gas in your gas stoves?
After replacement of nozzles and corresponding regulation, all stoves made by "Hansa" corporation can be connected to liquefied hydrocarbon gas.
The oven does not work after connection of the new stove to the electric mains.
The oven work condition is the current time customization by the programmer. Very likely, this requirement has not been observed in this case. A casual selection of the automatic operation mode is also possible. To reset the programmer settings follow the instructions of the applied operation manual or disconnect the stove from the electric mains for five minutes. After repeated connection it is necessary to set up the current time.
What baking trays are recommended by «Hansa»?
In the stoves with electric ovens it is recommended to use covered dark trays for baking, and also utensils from fire-resistant glass. In turn, in gas ovens light aluminium baking traysor fire-resistant glass utensils should be used.
Steam goes from the stove back part during baking.
Steam formed at evaporation of a baked dish and going from the stove back part is a normal phenomenon. Steam evaporates via a steam duct which output is located in the back part of the working plate.
I have "Hansa" refrigerator with freezing chamber. After switching on, at 5 degrees, hoarfrost appears on the back wall of the refrigerator. Does this mean a proper operation?
After switching the refrigerator on in the any program, during operation of the compressor and at the moment of its stopping, hoarfrost appears on the back wall of the refrigerator, and this means absolutely normal operation of the refrigerator. After stopping of the compressor hoarfrost on the back wall should turn into water drops and flow down in a condensate tap located on the refrigerator back wall. From there water is taped into a condensate vessel located behind the refrigerator. This is the cycle of automatic hoarfrost removal from refrigerators. As follows from the description above, the refrigerator operates properly.
What is the function "Holiday" in «Hansa» refrigerators?
The function "Holiday" is created to reduce the electric power consumption and to avoid an unpleasant smell which frequently appears at switching off of the device for a long period. After activation of this function the temperature inside the refrigerating chamber makes nearby 12ºC. This is an ideal function for a period of long absence.
What is SN climatic class?
The SN climatic class of refrigerator means that the refrigerator is intended for operation in the environment with temperature from +10ºC to 32ºC. The class N means the operation at ambient temperature from +16ºC to 32ºC.
I hear some noise during operation of the refrigerator. Does it mean failure of the refrigerator?
This is a normal sound produced by coolant passing through the refrigerating system. Some cracking sounds caused by expansion or contraction of the device elements do not mean damage of the refrigerator.
Is it possible to change the door opening direction in «Hansa» refrigerators?
Certainly it is possible. A detailed information concerning change of the dooropening direction is provided in the operation manual.
I plan to buy an intake kitchen extractor fan «Hansa». I do have no opportunity to connect it to the ventilating system. Whether it is able to work exclusively as circulating kitchen extractor fan?
All «Hansa» kitchen extractor fans can be used both as intake, and circulating extracts. It is enough to establish properly an air tap element. This is the element which redirects air into the ventilating lattice or into the lattices through which air goes back to the kitchen.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to wash aluminium filters in a dishwasher as they may change color. They should be washed in a sink by warm water with a washing-up liquid (liquid for washing utensils).
Is the kitchen extractor fan intake or circulating? I plan to buy a kitchen extractor fan, therefore I would like to know the practical difference in operation of intake or circulating version. What is more effective and recommended?
It is recommended to mount the kitchen extractor fan as intake (greater effectiveness, all evaporations are removed outside). The kitchen extractor fan must be connected as circulating (it is necessary to mount an additional coal filter) only if there is no opportunity to connect it to the ventilating system of the building.
I would like to know, whether it is possible to damage the programmer in «Hansa» washing machine turning it in a wrong direction (other than recommended by the manufacturer), and whether the handle during washing should turn or (like in my case) remain still?
The handle in «Hansa» washing machines can be turned in both directions. During operation of the washing machine the handle does not turn.
I would like to know, what the function "Automatic water dosing" means?
«Hansa» washing machines automatically dose out water necessary for washing, depending on the size and "absorbency" of washed clothes even if it's one thing only. This principle, however, is not included into "delicate" washing programs, for example wool, silk, light washing which demand a lot of water because of delicate washing.
What is error E01 and how to remove it?
This error means is not tightly closed doors of the washing machine.
To remove the error, it is necessary to eliminate the reason of its origin (in this case to close the washing machine doors correctly), and also clear the washing machine memory by pressing the button "START". It means, that if the washing machine signals an error, for the machine start it is not enough to remove the reason of the error origin.
The errors, depending on type of the washing machine, can be reported in three ways.

What is error P01 and how to remove it?
This signal informs on current execution of program 1, and the program selector set in other position.
To remove the "error", it is necessary to set the selector to the correct program.
Depending on type of a washing machine, settings from P01 up to P12 or P15 are possible.
The washing machine has not wrung out clothes. It is a failure?
Separate cases of absence of wringing are not a failure.
Hansa washing machines have the electronic weighing system. If not enough clothes are in the washing machine or when separate large things are washed (dressing gowns, bedsheets, etc.) some weighing problems may arise in the washing machine. In such case wringing can be skipped or executed at fewer revolutions.
During washing hops and delay of time appear. It is a failure?
Small hops and delay of time are not a failure.
During washing the time necessary for completion of the program is specified.
Therefore, depending on voltage, temperature of water, amount of clothes, etc., the time can be prolonged or shortened.
I am interested in operation of «Aqua Spray» function:
Operation of «Aqua Spray» function is influenced by a choice of the program - in some programs «Aqua Spray» is switched on at all.
Depending on the selected program and switched on additional functions «Aqua Spray» is powered up at different stages of washing.
The temperature does not influence operation of «Aqua Spray» function.
